CAT 2016 Likely cutoff: Getting updated shortly
Structure similar to CAT 15.
The difficulty level of QA section is the key difference between CAT 2015 and CAT 2016.
QA – more difficult than last year. Approx 5 attempts less as compared to CAT 15. 22-25 is is a good attempt.
DILR slightly easy. Students could attempt 4 sets with ease. 14-16 is a good attempt.
Exerts say, good students could even go on to attempt 6 DILR sets.
Verbal section – Level of difficulty same as CAT 15. The section had 24 RC questions , 10 Verbal Logic (4 Para jumbles, 3 Odd statement, 3 Summary). RC Passages were of Av 400-450 words. Approx 30 questions is a good attempt.
Over all 68-72 is a good attempt in CAT 16

Slot 2. Total attempts 35. VA 15 (4 non mcq’s unsure of accuracy), LRDI 9 (accurate), QA 11 (accurate). Category General. Work ex 30 months.
What would be my expected percentile and any good Bschool shortlists? Should I apply for XIMB Sir?

sir the percentile predictor predicts a 95% at a minimum! I am extremely worried that if my quants section would lead to a huge problem for clearing the sectional attempt.
I applied for fms, what are the other colleges that i should definitely try for at this moment.
I attempted 22 questions in quant with probably 2-3 questions wrong.DI-LR 11 genuine attempts 1 or 2 going wrong.Verbal 21 genuine attempts probably 14-15 right.I am getting around 95 percentile in percentile predictor .Can i assure of 92+ percentile if attempts being mentioned above are close.

Hello sir. I attempted 16 in DILR and 25 in Quant with good accuracy, But I just attempted 24 questions in VA just to maintain the accuracy, although initially I attempted more than that. Is this good enough??
